Excellent service and quality. The manual is printed on good quality stock paper. The material used for binding is excellent. I questioned the validity of the content, but upon receiving the item, I can confirm comparing my manual with my local shops manual it is indeed legitimate. Shipping and packaging were excellent as well. I am very pleased and will be purchasing from this individual for all my future manuals.
