You can’t create sounds from scratch with Nexus2, or import samples to it, but there are tons of audio shaping options. The front panel buttons and knobs haven’t changed since the first release, yet the LCD panel introduces some nifty new tricks. The Mod screen provides a control for Vibration, Portamento, and Pitchbend (now in a +/- 48 semitone range), but the key point of interest is the Inflated Adjustment Matrix.
